Pre-Sale Sales Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing ModuleOne, the plug-and-play home battery system developed by MyGrid. By participating in the pre-sale period, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-Order: ModuleOne is currently in the pre-production stage. By purchasing during the pre-sale period, you are pre-ordering the product.

Delivery Date: We estimate that ModuleOne will be ready for shipment in Europe in Q1 of 2024, with the rest of the world to follow in Q3 of the same year. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in production and delivery.

Product Testing: MyGrid will use the funds provided by pre-sale customers to further mature and test the product. Please note that purchasing a product that is still in development may entail risks.

Refunds: We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore we offer a refund of your pre-sale purchase. However, please note that if a refund is issued, it may take up to 3 years to be fully refunded. We will set up a refunding scheme to ensure that backers receive their refunds in a timely manner.
